At this time, we only ship in the USA with UPS or USPS. It takes about 3-5 days to ship with USPS Priority Mail. 

Flat rate shipping of $8.00 for orders below $49 and FREE shipping for orders $50 and above.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and postage.

No shipping charges for local pickup in Land O' Lakes, Florida area. You can also arrange for a quick and easy pick up at a nearby location as well. Make sure you select "Local Pick Up" at checkout.
